防爆電氣設備的防爆等級和防護級別是完全不（bú）同的概念。具有防（fáng）爆能力，不一定具有防水（shuǐ）能（néng）力，也不一定具有防塵（chén）能力（lì）。在使用過程中，不可混為一談，隻有正確理解和掌（zhǎng）握了防爆與防護等級知識，才能在各種不同的使用環境下，正確選擇和安全（quán）使用防爆電氣設備。在惡劣環境下，要使用防爆（bào）等級高和防（fáng）護等級比較高的設備。用戶在電氣設備（bèi）選（xuǎn）型時，應該分別（bié）對防爆與防護等（děng）級提出要求，選擇防爆等級和防護等級都能滿足使用環境要求的產品。
